Actor Heath Ledger was found dead in his Manhattan apartment at 3:35 EST. Some reports have stated that Heath was laying naked face down and had some prescription bottles in the room. Preliminary statements by law enforcement stated that Heath's death may have been accidental. Heath was also suffering from pneumonia at the time of his death.
