Clipping coupons...is it worth it?

To some people clipping coupons may seem like a waste of time. To some extent, yes it seems like it is because the items you want never seem to have a coupon, and if there is a coupon you do want, it's only worth .25 cents.  Well, as long as you search the ads and find the items you are looking for and they are on sale, why not combine them with a coupon and save even more.  Heck, even if you don't use the coupon, you may want to give it to someone else who may need it...just attach it to the item in the store and make someone's day.  I for one clip coupons, and I try to use as many as I can, but if I am not able to use it, I try to leave it for someone else to use.  It's always nice to see the total of my grocery bill get lower when I use my rewards card and coupons, it almost feels like winning at the slot machines.  At least that is how I feel!! LOL.
