Paris Hilton may have to do jail time for 45 days! She had violated her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction. Prosecutors want Paris Hilton to stay away from alcohol for 90 days and want her to wear a monitoring device that will chart whether she complies. Prosecutors want to also have her license suspended for an additional four months.
That will be tough for the party girl, but she does need to own up to her responsibities.
